This website and all related astrology services are operated by Semeliel the Astrologer. By booking a consultation or accessing this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these General Terms and Conditions. Complete provider identification can be found in the Imprint.

2. Nature of the Service (Legal Disclaimer)

All readings and consultations offered by Semeliel are exclusively intended for personal insights, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes. Astrology and tarot are an interpretive art form; no guarantees or warranties are assumed regarding the accuracy or the results of the insights provided. Services do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or clinical-psychological advice. You are encouraged to obtain the advice of a licensed professional for such matters. Customers remain solely responsible for their own decisions and actions.

3. Bookings, Fees, and Payment

All fees for consultations must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless an individual payment structure has been formally agreed upon in writing. Prices are subject to change, but changes do not affect bookings that have already been confirmed and paid for.

4. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Provided you act as a consumer, you are generally entitled to a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online services. For services, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the provider has fully performed the service and has only begun execution after you as a consumer have given your explicit consent and simultaneously confirmed your knowledge thereof that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete contract performance.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can use the withdrawal form available at the end of this page or submit an unequivocal statement (e.g., via email).

5. Cancellation, No-Show, and Refund Policy

Rescheduling: You may submit a request to reschedule a session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Commencement of Preparation: Since these are highly personalized services, individual research and preparation work begins immediately after the complete transmission of your birth data and no later than 48 hours before the agreed live appointment. 

Cancellation Fee & Retention: In the event of cancellations, cancellations within 48 hours before the appointment, a no-show, or a cancellation after preparation work has already begun, we reserve the right to retain the fee agreed upon for the respective session in whole or in part as compensation for the resulting loss of earnings and the work already performed, unless the provider was able to allocate the appointment elsewhere. A corresponding cancellation invoice will be issued to the customer for retained amounts. 

Customer's Right of Proof: The customer reserves the right to prove that no damage or expense, or a significantly lower one, was incurred by the provider. No-Show: If you do not participate in a scheduled virtual or personal session within 15 minutes after the start time, the session is deemed a no-show. Refunds: Due to the deeply personalized and time-intensive nature of astrology readings and individual reports, refunds after the beginning of preparation work or after the provision of the service are only possible to the extent that a statutory claim (in particular an effective and timely withdrawal before work begins) exists. The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

6. Intellectual Property & Recordings

Semeliel - The Astrologer retains all copyrights and intellectual property rights in all written reports, individual materials, or proprietary methods shared during your service. If a session is recorded for your convenience (audio or video), this recording is intended exclusively for your private, non-commercial use. You may not publish, transmit, or publicly distribute the recording or materials without explicit written consent.

7. Data Protection & Confidentiality

Your birth data (date, time, and place) and all personal details shared during a consultation are treated with strict confidentiality. Further information on the processing of your personal data can be found in our privacy policy.
